ENTJs are very smart and love learning new things. They are strategic leaders motivated to bring change. ENTJs are also extremely good at solving problems. They can logically reason and think quickly on their feet. Their career is important to them, and they will do anything to reach those goals.
They’re usually hated for their stubbornness, impatience, controlling nature, and arrogance. ENTJs have great leadership qualities but want everything to go the way they planned and hold others to high standards. When people don’t meet those standards, ENTJs will make them feel inferior.
ENTJs have feelings like all human beings. They are excellent at hiding their emotions but are highly logical and attach a reason to every mood and feeling. ENTJs will not express their feelings easily but instead observe the most rational cause and find sensible solutions for their sentiments.
ENTJs hate INTPs because they have different personality traits. INTPs are emotional, hesitant, relaxed, problem-focused, and dependent. Adversely, ENTJs are protective of their emotions, goal-oriented, hyper-focused, focused on solutions rather than problems, and fiercely independent.
ENTJs ghost people if they are dealing with someone who might become over-emotional when a relationship ends. Furthermore, they are more inclined to ghost people with whom they don’t have a close relationship. However, truthful ENJS are not naturally inclined towards ghosting.
ENTJs get bored easily as they are highly intelligent and driven and not accustomed to doing menial tasks like administration, bureaucracy, standing in queues, or dealing with less intellectually gifted people. These encounters prevent them from achieving their lofty goals.
ENTJ types enjoy having their ideas and opinions challenged. Because of their nature, ENTJs may be drawn to one another and seek out intense intellectual and mental stimulation. ENTJs can get along with other ENTJs, but the relationship may take some work.
While INTJ and ENTJ personalities differ only by one letter indicating an introverted or extroverted nature, this single trait makes a difference in the representation of the personality type. Each type’s inherent extroversion/introversion separates them into two vastly different personalities.
Each personality type uses four functions to make decisions and interpret information: Extroverted or Introverted, Perceiving or Judging, Thinking or Feeling, Intuitive or Sensing. As with any decision-making process, your dominant function will take precedence over your auxiliary function.
ENTJs are narcissistic as they possess a profound intellectual acuity that enables them to clinically analyze people and systems, coupled with outstanding leadership and communication skills. So, they are self-absorbed, power-hungry, and adept at persuading people to do their bidding.
