INFJs are not known for aggression and don’t get angry easily. However, there are a few things that trigger their anger. People who disrespect or bully others and people who are aggressive make INFJs angry easily. But they tend to first mull their emotions over in their minds before responding.
INFJs are so smart because they are deeply connected to their intuition. They analyze and assemble new and old information to make future predictions. They are constantly learning and are overthinkers. INFJs are highly empathetic and incredibly logical, which adds to their understanding of others.
INFJs are quite forgiving people but will find it hard if they must keep doing so. They are naturally considerate of the needs of others; INFJs will forgive people who are sincere, direct, and honest in their apologies. They appreciate the integrity and meaningful conversation to be able to forgive.

When INFJs stress and overthink, support them by accepting them for who they are. Avoid labeling their traits, don’t judge them, and don’t take their actions personally. Take time to listen when they need to talk, and help them do what they need to feel better, like time alone to process thoughts.
The INFJ personality will be looking for sincerity in your apology. If you keep repeating an offense after apologizing, the INFJ personality may not be as likely to forgive. Finding a quiet place to talk, writing a letter, and actively rectifying your mistakes will show that you are sorry.
The INFJ personality type person likes physical affection from specific people they are incredibly close to or genuinely comfortable with. They are very cautious about who can or cannot touch them. They will quickly get annoyed or withdraw when someone they don’t have a connection with gets touchy.

INFJ’s can also be cold and mean. INFJs process the world differently. Their high level of sensitivity means INFJs can find daily life stressful and quickly become overwhelmed. When operating under stress and sensory overload, the darker side of the INFJ can be seen as cold and mean.
An INFJ is sensitive and can be easily overwhelmed in certain situations. They are highly intuitive and feel deeply for people they care about. INFJs are introverts and require their solitude to function. Social interactions and overstimulation can cause them to become highly overwhelmed.
